Milling Machine
Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a workpiece. This may be done by varying directions on one or several axes, cutter head speed, and pressure. Milling covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy duty milling operations.
Hydraulic Hand Pump
They work by using a hand operated lever or handle to generate pressure in a hydraulic system. Typically, hydraulic hand pumps have a cylinder with a plunger that moves back and forth inside the cylinder to pump fluid into the system. The plunger is connected to a handle, which is turned by the operator.
Fuel Injector Test Pump
A fuel injector test pump is a hand operated tool used to manually test mechanical diesel fuel injectors. It works by using a hand pump to pressurize a fuel supply to the injector, allowing a gauge to measure the opening pressure, which checks for proper spray pattern and leaks. This manual process helps determine if the injector is opening at the correct pressure and if it’s spraying fuel correctly with no drips or leaks at pressure.
Liner Honing Machine
A liner honing machine, also known as a cylinder honing machine, is used to finish the internal surfaces of cylinder liners or engine bores. The process removes scuffing and damage, corrects the cylinder geometry, and creates an optimal cross-hatch pattern for oil retention, which is essential for engine performance and longevity.
Turbocharger Balancing Machine
Turbocharger balancing machine is a high-speed industrial machine that tests and corrects the balance of a turbocharger’s rotor assembly, often at speeds up to 300,000 rpm. These machines use compressed air to spin the turbocharger cartridge, and sensors measure vibration to detect imbalance, which is then corrected by adding or removing material. This process is crucial to ensure the turbocharger’s longevity, performance, and stable operation.
Lathe Machine
A lathe machine is a stationary cutting tool used primarily for shaping wood and metal, which are referred to as workpieces. The lathe machine removes unwanted parts of the workpiece to produce the desired product.
Electric Hoist Machine
Electric Hoists are a type of lifting equipment that is used for lifting, lowering, and moving heavy and large objects. The main types of electric hoists are Electric Chain Hoists and the Electric wire Rope Hoist.
Hydraulic Jack
A jack is a mechanical lifting device used to apply great forces or lift heavy loads. A mechanical jack employs a screw thread for lifting heavy equipment. A hydraulic jack uses hydraulic power. The most common form is a car jack, floor jack or garage jack, which lifts vehicles so that maintenance can be performed. Jacks are usually rated for a maximum lifting capacity (for example, 1.5 tons or 3 tons). Industrial jacks can be rated for many tons of load.
Hydrostatic Testing
Hydrostatic testing is a method to check the structural integrity and leak tightness of pressure equipment, like pipelines, gas cylinders, and boilers, by filling them with a liquid and pressurizing it to a level above its normal operating pressure. This process is used to detect weaknesses or leaks before the system is put into service or after it has been repaired. The liquid used is typically water, and the system is pressurized to a specific level for a set period to ensure it can withstand the pressure safely.
